About this team
The Retail Ops team is comprised of people that know a little bit about everything and a lot about most things within lululemon. We touch all aspects of the store operations, including making sure stores are seeing positive results that meet and exceed company goals. You are passionate about supporting our stores, and the best in the world at completing complex projects in record time by prioritizing, simplifying, aligning, communicating, SSC to store communication and global programs. In partnership with other store and SSC leaders, retail operations works on new initiatives that elevate and support the demands of running a store. Simply put, retail operations is responsible for making the complex simple and getting sh.t done.


A day in the life:
A Communications Lead within the APAC Operations Team who manages retail communication needs of different markets in Asia Pacific. This role acts as a cross-functional partner for all departments within the organization to support their day-to-day retail communication needs, and the guru of company intranet.
  • Be the channel owner and the go-to partner for lululemon APAC's retail communications
  • Support in building localized communications strategies to support the roll-out and implementation of regional projects/initiatives
  • Copywriting content for retail communications to engage and inspire the audience
  • Facilitate follow-up support and feedback collection on communication, projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate and work cross-functionally with a wide array of partners (i.e. Products team, Community Manager, Operations Manager, Omni Manager, Regional Manager, and Training Manager) to provide store operational communications such as campaign, technology deployment, Products and Inventory management for individual market needs, act as gatekeeper to verify content from regional/global project owners
  • End to end ownership of retail weekly enrolment calls from scheduling to translation, to dry runs, to facilitating
  • Identify gaps and make recommendations to elevate the current way we are communicating, and strategize resources to improve communications experiences
  • Create KPIs, monitor performance and support reporting of communications content
  • Lead, coordinate and support internal engagement events/activities
  • Support the implementation and ongoing support of the retail operations calendar, aligning activities from global operations and ensuring the alignment of department initiatives

Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience ideally within a retail communication environment
  • Strong ability to work independently and cross-functionally
  • Strong leadership capabilities and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Resourceful and high level of initiative
  • Strong retail and financial experience with an understanding of specialty store retailing
  • Ability to produce, compile clear and compelling communication in a variety of formats
  • Ability to organize, set clear priorities and manage multiple projects on tight deadlines
  • Ability to work well as a cross functional partner and hold your peers accountable
