Your Main Responsibilities

• According to the production plan, pay attention to the production progress and completion of the production plan to ensure timely delivery.
• Responsible for tracking the ONIF indicators of the powder screening, mixing and packaging departments, and report on their completion status daily.
• Responsible for the collection and analysis of key data on the production site, improve and update the KOP and performance goals of the operation according to the operational performance and quality performance of semi-finished products and finished products, and be able to propose opportunities for continuous improvement. Including making improvement suggestions for fermentation and extraction and other departments, and tracking their effectiveness.
• Analyze production data, participate in weekly production meetings, monthly meetings, and special meetings such as RCA. Analyze production data, propose improvement suggestions and plans and organize their implementation.
• Perform maintenance and report analysis of semi-finished and finished products in SAP data every month, and follow up and resolve some anomalies in the system with the corresponding departments.
• Assist the operations manager in relevant data statistics and reports and follow up on daily/weekly/monthly meetings of operations.

We are looking forward to

• 3 years or more of experience as a production dispatcher/production technician in a manufacturing enterprise.
• Familiar with the production process and flow of the food manufacturing industry, and lean experience is preferred.
• College degree or above, with certain knowledge and experience in related disciplines.
• Good communication and data analysis skills. Proficient in using software such as Word, Excel and PPT.
• Good English reading and writing skills.
