As a Lead Specialist, Scheduling,you are responsible for managing daily scheduling, blending spec calaculation activity from semi finished goods to finished goods and raw material planning/call-off, ensuring adherence to quality standards, inventory policy and finished goods production plan. Enable the capacity to deliver to customers to meet agreed customer service levels and reduce complaints and inventory working capital.

Your key responsibilities
- Planning the supply of raw materials and execute the call-off to support manufacturing activities. To define the raw materials reorder quantities and frequencies so that inventory is kept at an optimal level according to defined inventory strategy
-Develop production schedule: work with extended supply chain teams and other functions to develop production schedules that take into account factors such as production capacity, inventory levels, and customer demand.
-Based on finished goods plan, develop blending plan from semi-finished goods to finished goods according to specs calculation rule, inventory policies and SKU principles.
-Monitor inventory levels: Responsible for monitoring inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, semi-finished goods and finished goods to enable smooth production without disruption and without creating unnecessary inventories.
-Analyze production data: Analyze production data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas for cost savings. Proactively identify potential delays and bottlenecks in production, and drive for continuous improvement together with other functions.
-Collaborate with other departments such as manufacturing, planning, procurement, QA/QC and CS/logistics to ensure that production schedules are aligned with overall business objectives.

You bring
- The job requires to act as the focal contact to oversee the production scheduling, blending spec calculation process and raw material planning/call-off.
- The job requires inter-personal skills to connect, understand and challenge with different messages from all functions along the key stakeholders.
- It requires the ability to develop the actionable plan for the responsible areas and reach the alignment with key stakeholders.
- Fluent in English. Bachelor level or above. Great analytical skills and a great eye for details and numbers
- Proficient with various software programs, including but not limited to word processing, excel and database applications.
- Experience in continuous improvement and planning software SAP and OMP is preferred.
