We're announcing a key position in Taipei: Learning and Development Manager/Organization Development Manager. This role focuses on improving our team's skills through strategic training programs. Tasks include creating training plans, rolling out learning solutions, and measuring their success. This position is vital for our growth and progress.
Key Accountabilities:
Learning & Development
- Prioritize Training needs and develop a strategy that delivers immediate impact and long-term growth.
- Identify and collaborate with internal and external partners to design and deliver learning initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
- Design and facilitate training program and workshop to address specific business needs and strategic priorities.
- Identify training gaps and develop delivery calendars in alignment with global approaches.
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology for e-learning solutions and to enhance accessibility and scalability of learning initiatives..
- Assess program effectiveness and impact, working cross-functionally to refine and enhance development initiatives.
Talent Management
- Work with HR lead to conduct regular talent reviews, identify high-potential employees and key talent across the organization.
- Identify talent development needs and career aspirations. Design and recommend relevant learning interventions, including training programs, workshops, coaching, mentoring and rotation.
- Work with business leads to identify the gap of talent pipeline and develop succession plans for critical roles.
- Serve as coach for line managers by needs, supporting capability development, performance management, and employee development efforts.
- Ensure smooth transitions during leadership changes or organizational shifts.
Project
- Lead regional delivery of global learning workstreams and drive project success when necessary.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to evolve and optimize our development efforts continually.
Education and Experience Requirements
Education
- University graduate with major in Human Resources, Business Management or Organization Development.
Requirements
- At least 10 years in HR field with 5 years focusing on architecture, designing and execution of training curriculum.
- Experiences in learning and development with a focus on Management skill and Leadership development program in global marketplaces.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and partnering skills and able to collaborate effectively in cross-functional environments.
- Familiar with e-learning platforms and practices.
- Digital proficiency in leveraging technology to support learning initiatives.
- Experiences in vendor management and budget utilization.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office and required tools.
- Comprehensive English capabilities.
- Experiences in MNC companies and multi-countries are preferred.
