Responsibilities
1. Conduct legal research on topics related to corporate governance and structure in the Asia-Pacific region, such as foreign investment restrictions, requirements and risks for directors, supervisors and senior managers, corporate governance structure, company establishment, dissolution/liquidation, etc. 2. Support the daily compliance operations of relevant overseas entities and ensure that such entities comply with local statutory compliance obligations, such as applying for and maintaining operating licenses, completing annual reporting, drafting and reviewing directors reports, etc. 3. Conduct research on the legal compliance requirements, industry trends and policy environment of relevant countries in the Asia-Pacific region to assist the business in making business decisions in relevant regions 4. Draft and review relevant company daily governance documents (such as board resolutions, shareholder resolutions, power of attorney, etc.).
Qualifications
1. Possess a bachelor's degree in law or above and pass the legal qualification examination of any country 2. At least 3 years of legal work experience in a law firm, familiar with Chinese or overseas laws, foreign investment laws and related laws and regulations 3. Proficient in English communication, reading and writing skills 4. Possess strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills, have a rigorous, efficient and studious work attitude, be able to think independently and respond to business needs in a timely manner 5. Possess good learning ability and legal logical thinking ability 6. Those with legal study or work experience in the Asia-Pacific region are preferred.
