Our client is a family office with an impressive AUM, headquartered in Hong Kong. They are looking to hire a mid-level legal counsel to join their expanding team in Hong Kong. This role will advise on primary and secondary market investment transactions, contentious work, and general corporate matters. Ideal candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and a legal qualification outside the PRC. Experience in Web3, M&A, and fund formation is highly preferred.
