Perform legal support in alignment with company objectives.
Draft, review assess and negotiate contract terms, manage contracts based on balance of business opportunities and risks.
Collaborate cross-functionally on legal and contract related issues, and to develop solutions.
Facilitate legal professional skills from business perspectives, advocate legal insights to stakeholders.
Polish/ create group templates and policies, and to provide related trainings.
Support/ lead cross-team projects, build independent work results on teamwork ground.
Manage administrative tasks for performing works.

Education:Strong legal background relative
Professional Certificates/Licenses: US Bar certificate or Taiwan Attorney License preferred.
Experience:Experience as corporate legal counsel with independent work capability.
Language: Proficient in Chinese and English.
