As manager of Legal Advancement Department, you'll lead team members from why, what to how to by hands-on demonstration to provide comprehensive support, including key account contract negotiation, contract management, legal consultation, compliance, and risk and opportunity management. You'll play a key role in achieving our business objectives through your expertise in contract law, negotiation, risk analysis and best alternative.   • Lead team members from leading your self to strengthen business relationship from not only legal but also business perspectives.
  • Advocate legal insights from business knowledge to key stakeholders.
  • Adopt tools and skills to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Align legal support with company objectives, drafting and negotiating contracts.
  • Assess contract risks, advising on balancing opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with teams to address contract issues and develop solutions.
  • Offer legal advice on transactions and daily operations.
  • Enhance templates, policies, and provide training based on risk assessment.
  • Manage administrative tasks and participate in cross-functional projects.

  • Education:Strong legal background relative
  • Professional Certificates/Licenses: US Bar certificate or Taiwan Attorney License preferred.
  • Experience:10-years experience in corporate legal counsel with independent work capability.
  • Language: Proficient in Chinese and English.

  • Leadership with coaching skills.
  • See the wood for the trees with out of the box thinking.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills.
