1. Handle corporate legal affairs inside and outside the company
2. Review domestic and foreign contracts contract review
3. Provide legal search, study and consulting on domestic and foreign-related legal issues
4. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and annual reports corporate annual report's preparation support
5. Participate in handling legal support for internal departments
