Responsibilities
1. Goal management: Build a business team operating indicator system, formulate business goals, form a systematic daily performance tracking mechanism, identify and understand problems, put forward suggestions and support business review and decision-making 2. Special analysis: Independently analyze and research business problems, including special analysis of modules such as industry, region, customer, SKU, etc., actively diagnose and discover business problems, and output business strategies through scientific methods and analysis 3. Sales support: including but not limited to customer management (customer opening, conflict, allocation), expense management, meeting management, indicator decomposition and achievement follow-up, incentive honor system construction, collaborative department docking, etc. 4. Performance optimization: formulate and iterate daily internal product tools, process system SOP, and improve overall business standardization and efficiency 5. Project management: responsible for the overall horizontal project coordination and promotion of the business, and complete the overall project from data analysis to project promotion and review.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with business analysis, strategy analysis, and project management experience preferred, with Internet sales operation experience, content operation, and restaurant comprehensive experience preferred 2. Have excellent communication and coordination skills, execution, affinity, responsibility, comprehensive management ability and teamwork ability, and strong stress resistance 3. Strong learning ability, strong independent thinking ability and self-driving force 4. Clear logic, proficient in Excel, have the ability to use Excel to process and analyze data, be sensitive to data, and be able to efficiently process large amounts of data. SQL is preferred.
