Responsibilities
1. Able to deeply understand the business strategy, and create a business model and strategy for major customers in various cities in the region based on the business strategy 2. Based on the experience in the catering and life service industry and market characteristics, formulate sales and operation strategies for various cities in the region, and dynamically adjust according to market conditions, promote the implementation of solutions, and be responsible for achieving business goals 3. Coordinate various internal resources, cooperate well with various departments within the company, maintain relationships with external customers and partners, establish team influence, and improve internal and external collaboration efficiency 4. Responsible for team building, talent team building, personnel training, motivation and replacement within the region, and lead the team to grow together.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of experience in the local life industry, with regional flexibility preferred 2. Have an in-depth understanding and judgment of the local life and catering industry, and have a certain influence at the industry level 3. Have a deep understanding and successful practice of resource integration and risk control 4. Strong goal orientation and team management experience 5. Optimistic, passionate, dream-driven, bold in decision-making, embrace change, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.
