Responsibilities
1. Insight into the development trend of life services from internal and external perspectives, and formulate merchant subsidy strategies based on business growth bottlenecks and potential opportunities, including but not limited to friendly business research and analysis reports, subsidy rules, risk control rules, resource effect analysis, etc., to form a special plan that can be implemented regular tracking + review, optimize subsidy strategy plans, and improve the performance contribution, resource utilization rate & ROI of subsidized merchants 2. Analyze the effectiveness of strategies through dimensions such as resource utilization efficiency, strategy process + results performance, establish subsidy evaluation standards and monitoring capabilities, and promote resource efficiency improvement 3. Evaluate new resource cooperation needs and usage scenarios, quickly match available resources, provide corresponding usage plans, and improve the matching degree between projects and resource use 4. Integrate resource management tools and digitize resource management processes including budget formulation, project evaluation, execution tracking, and project completion review.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of relevant work experience in strategy operation, familiar with local life business, and those with past experience in platform key customer strategy operation are preferred 2. Able to go deep into the business and find problems and opportunities from it, good at formulating strategies, coordinating with relevant parties to promote implementation and get results 3. Possess excellent coordination ability and global perspective, able to promote the implementation of complex cross-team projects with high quality and efficiency, and ensure the effectiveness of strategies 4. Possess good business insight and data sensitivity, have the ability to think and summarize the overall framework of business development, and be able to skillfully use various data processing tools to analyze and locate problems 5. Maintain strong self-drive and pressure resistance, think independently, and be good at summarizing.
