1. Responsible for the operation of competitive game creators, and be responsible for the active scale and content improvement of high-quality creators 2. Based on business value and goals, formulate creator discovery and identification methods, and abstract reusable content methodology to help authors grow 3. Based on the content model and user preferences of head creators, plan and create events to further amplify the influence and value of head creators 4. Responsible for the planning and implementation of competitive activities and be responsible for business data.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years or more of experience in Internet user operation, experience in independent responsibility is preferred 2. Good logical thinking, strong sense of purpose, and strong data analysis ability 3. Good at communication and collaboration, with experience in user stratification, incentive design and other related projects preferred 4. Successful cases in game content or game talent discovery are preferred.
