Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the governance of guild violations, build a healthy live broadcast business ecosystem, create a fair guild business environment, and eliminate risks that affect business development 2. Insight into and define the risks in the live broadcast guild business scenarios, decide on governance priorities and directions based on business feedback and data analysis, and design reasonable and effective governance rules and strategies 3. Collaborate with product, review and operation teams to implement the launch of rules and penalties for violations, and complete market education, complaint feedback and other related work 4. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of governance rules and strategies, especially the improvement of violations, the accuracy of penalties and the coverage of violations, iterate governance plans and improve governance processes to improve governance efficiency and experience of all parties.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of operational work experience 2. Rich experience in governance or security risk control in the past, familiarity with B-side governance of Internet platforms is a plus 3. Clear thinking and good at deep thinking, strong learning ability, able to quickly understand and master the essence and logic of live broadcast business, and form systematic thinking 4. Strong problem-solving ability, able to start from problems and goals, actively obtain information from different channels, formulate strategies and implement them, effectively influence the business, and do a good job of strategy review and systematic precipitation 5. Good at communication, with awareness and experience of cross-departmental collaboration, and certain leadership and management experience 6. Strong English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, which can be used as a working language.
