Responsibilities
1. Based on market research, policies and regulations, and customer experience, combined with the overall demands of community governance, as well as data analysis and other means, design a live broadcast ecosystem governance system to ensure the balance of responsibilities, rights and experiences among various ecological roles, and promote the healthy development of the ecosystem 2. Combined with the anchor grading and credit point system, analyze and output optimization plans for live content safety standards, penalties, appeals, anchor certification and other businesses to improve the authority, rationality and accuracy of risk control governance, and ensure the anchor experience and healthy development of the business 3. Have relatively rich strategic governance experience in content security prevention and control, and be able to achieve flexible governance, gradient governance and other rich and flexible governance methods and means by designing comprehensive decision-making capabilities for risks 4. On the basis of a deep understanding of the business, use data-driven operational thinking, conduct in-depth business data analysis, and explore risk characteristics for effective strategy iteration and update 5. Have certain experience or foundation in using various risk control platforms (strategy platform, review platform, disposal center) in the risk control chain, and be able to promote the functional iteration of risk control products through operational capabilities.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of risk control experience in Internet video, live broadcast and other scenarios, familiar with and understand the business & security risk governance, rule management and other governance businesses of Internet platform-based businesses, familiar with the overall picture of governance system construction and operation, with commercial sensitivity and risk awareness 2. Be sensitive to data, have strong data analysis, use and summary capabilities, and be good at discovering and proving problems through data 3. Have open innovative thinking ability and clear problem analysis and solution ideas, be result-oriented, and use data and new technologies to solve problems innovatively 4. Those with relevant experience in risk control strategy operation, risk standard operation, ecological role operation, etc. are preferred.
