Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Based on an in-depth understanding of interactive behaviors such as comments, sharing, and anchors oral broadcasts, as well as user consumption and content supply in live broadcast scenarios, clarify the key issues of the current Douyin live broadcast interactive ecology, combine qualitative research and quantitative data analysis, complete the impact and priority judgment, and influence and promote the business evolution of the Douyin live broadcast interactive ecology 2. Based on the direction of business evolution, design a reasonable data indicator system and verification with the data team, complete the value demonstration of the evolution of the interactive ecology, and ensure the consistency of the business direction and Douyin live broadcast goals in the long-term business development orientation 3. Improve product infrastructure based on business value and orientation, continuously optimize the experience of the interactive ecology through the use of interactive signals, interactive content production and improvement of consumer experience, collaborate with the recommendation algorithm and content understanding team, continuously optimize the recommendation goals through understanding of the interaction, and amplify business benefits 4. Collaborate with functional products, recommendation strategies, content understanding and other teams to align goals, mobilize resources, build influence, do a good job in project management and progress control, and use various means to ensure the healthy development of the interactive ecology and maximize business benefits.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, mathematics/statistics is preferred, strong logical ability, experience in live broadcast/social/text/search is preferred 2. Have solid ability to analyze data, gain insight into data, discover problems and opportunities, understand the working principle of recommendation system, and be able to collaborate with recommendation algorithm to achieve business goals 3. Have good understanding of user consumption, content supply, and ecology, be familiar with the cutting-edge trends of the live broadcast industry, at least be a deep user of a content platform, and have experience in understanding content based on large models and acting on recommendation strategies is preferred 4. Have expression and communication, resource coordination, project management, progress control, business judgment, etc., experience in complex project breakthroughs is preferred 5. Be self-driven, good at learning, responsible for work, and always maintain passion and vitality.
