Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the whole process of the model, including but not limited to data, training, evaluation, reasoning deployment, to ensure the high quality and effectiveness of the data 2. LLM algorithm application research and algorithm implementation work, including but not limited to language LLM, multimodal LLM, Prompt engineering/RAG/Agents/SFT/RLHF and other LLM-related cutting-edge technologies 3. Continue to explore how to use AI capabilities to enhance business iteration effects in various user scenarios 4. Deeply participate in product R&D projects, and work closely with product managers/business R&D/quality/etc. to improve the overall benefits of the project.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, more than 3 years of experience in deep learning algorithm research and development, with LLM development and practical implementation experience 2. Have a solid foundation in LLM-related algorithms, including but not limited to comprehensive learning and practical experience in single-modal/multi-modal LLM training (RAG/SFT/RLHF/Prompt), deployment and distillation 3. Familiar with mainstream pre-training models such as Bert/Transformer/ViT/Clip, and proficient in any mainstream machine learning framework such as TensorFlow/PyTorch/Keras 4. Have strong modeling ability from business problems to algorithm models, have strong technical curiosity, self-drive and enterprising spirit, and can pay attention to and learn industry best practices in a timely manner 5. The optional working locations for the position are: Beijing, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Bonus points: 1. Have a highly popular machine learning related blog or Github project 2. Have experience in data mining/machine learning or ACM-ICPC/NOI/IOI related competitions and achieved excellent results 3. Those who have published papers in top international conferences (KDD/NeurIP/ACL/EMNLP/IJCAI/AAAI/SIGIR, etc.) are preferred
