Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the operation and promotion of a large number of local promotion product delivery strategy products (store traffic, long-term conversion optimization, etc.), responsible for product value verification, market voice, and product coverage 2. Participate in the incubation of new functions and give constructive product development suggestions from an operational perspective 3. Complete product GTM work be able to effectively design phased operation strategies, and make full use of a variety of promotion methods and resources, and have certain promotion skills 4. Effectively collaborate with upstream product development, downstream business and horizontal partners, and mobilize resources from all parties to implement the project 5. Accurately judge the rationality of product demand and adaptation space, and promote product iteration and optimization 6. Understand the user experience and needs of the product audience through surveys and other forms, and effectively summarize and output.
Qualifications
1. Experience in performance advertising product operation or performance advertising industry operation is required, and those with local life experience are preferred 2. Strong learning ability, interested in the underlying logic strategy of the product and the desire to explore 3. Possess data analysis capabilities, and be able to discover opportunities in product promotion through data 4. Have B-end product awareness, customer perspective, and be able to extract valuable demand points from customer feedback to promote continuous product updates and iterations 5. Strong driving force, good at integrating resources, able to implement the formulated strategy and obtain business results 6. Good at communication, able to establish a good and solid cooperative relationship with each partner, and obtain the required support & resources.
