1. Responsible for daily inspection and maintenance in the factory according to the maintenance plan.
2. Lead E&I technicians to perform maintenance work to ensure smooth operation of equipment.
3. Responsible for troubleshooting and coordination of all equipment in the factory during shifts to ensure smooth operation.
4. Supervise and guide the work of maintenance subcontractors to ensure that the work and behavior of subcontractors comply with procedures and systems.
5. Cooperate with production teams and safety teams to ensure the safety of on-site maintenance.
6. Assist the electrical and instrumentation supervisor in equipment failure analysis.
7. Record maintenance results and equipment status and report to engineers.
8. Responsible for managing the cleanup of the maintenance site and the cleanup of the maintenance workshop.
9. Responsible for the filing and sorting of relevant maintenance documents.
10. Be on call at all times to ensure the safety of factory production equipment.
1. Technical secondary school, college or above, automation control or similar major.
2. General knowledge of chemical plant equipment and production procedures.
3. Knowledge of instruments, PLC systems and strong and weak electricity.
4. High and low voltage electrician operation certificate issued by the Labor Bureau.
5. General knowledge of chemical materials.
6. Basic computer office operations.
7. Basic knowledge of HSE. < br/> 84
