Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the investment strategy analysis of Douyin life service shelf scenarios (super value group channel, industry channel special offers, KA promotion, etc.) 2. In-depth understanding of the business, derive strategic insights through industry research, data analysis, etc., determine the direction of merchant products, traffic strategies, etc., while ensuring the scale of investment, improve the platform's money efficiency 3. Insight into user needs and market hot spots, combine with the corresponding scene mentality, identify opportunities, complete product selection, investment promotion, and cargo iteration to improve the efficiency of matching people and goods 4. Propose the supply data and effect evaluation system of merchants and commodities, continuously analyze and summarize the richness, price power, and competitiveness of supply, find problems from the data and reversely infer strategies and product optimization.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of strategic operation experience, with experience in strategic research, business analysis, and strategy analysis preferred, and experience in the local life industry preferred 2. Clear logic, strong data analysis ability, proficient in various data processing and statistical tools, including but not limited to Excel, SQL, SPSS, R strong report writing ability 3. Have a basic understanding of the framework and knowledge of the industry, and be able to apply their understanding of the industry to daily business activities to help optimize the business model and improve user experience.
