What you'll do:
- Supervise the operations of training and conference facilities.
- Manage rental services with a focus on quality customer service.
- Provide online and offline event management support in a professional manner.
- Engage in business development and marketing events to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Support the development of new services and enhancement of existing ones.
- Lead and inspire team members to deliver high-quality outputs.
- Handle vendor contracts, maintenance, and sustainability initiatives.
- Oversee various aspects of facility management, client relations, service development, event support, business development, and team leadership to ensure the effective operation and utilisation of the venues.
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Bachelor Degree from disciplines such as Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Events Management, or equivalent with 5 years relevant experience in managing business events and conference facilities rental services.
- Solid experience in business development with proven track record in managing operations of conference facilities.
- Experience in business events management will be an added advantage.
- Good understanding of the standards and delivery of professional venue services with an eye for detail and service excellence.
- Strong commitment to task outcome, self-initiated and good analytical skill.
- Assertive, good interpersonal skills and can work harmoniously with both internal and external parties.
- Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is preferred.
