Lead the business jets and airport charges revenue management team to ensure efficient and effective operation for Business Jet (BJ) slot allocation and HKIA Landing & Parking Charges and other revenue management schemes
Devise strategies and set up related rules and guidelines. Enhance the process for the management of BJ slot allocation
In charge of the investigation of incidents or abnormalities and make judgment calls on penalty or remedial measures execution. And issue non-compliance notices to BJ operators in accordance with the established procedure and policy
Make judgment calls on exceptional cases with proper with documents properly maintained for audit trail
Coordinate and liaise with external partners for BJ slot allocation for further enhancement on operational efficiency and optimization of slot and stand usage
Arrange and hold regular Performance Review Meetings with internal and external parties. Work with CAD Schedule Coordination Office (HKSCO) to engage airlines for airlines slot usage/ operation analysis/ growth beyond 3RS, etc
Liaise with internal departments for coordination of various operation constraint mitigation measures
Prepare budget forecast of landing and parking charges in the yearly business plan exercise
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in operation management, statistical or mathematics-related discipline with minimum 8 years of relevant working experience and airport operation knowledge is an advantage
Good analytical, articulation, problem-solving, negotiation and communication skills
Detail-oriented, innovative and dynamic leader
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese,including Putonghua
Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Office
