This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 24 months with possibility for renewal subject to organization need and individual performance.
Responsibilities
- Act as the programme manager to develop and maintain the programme plan, including scopes, schedule, and resources. Manage the selection and engagement of external consultants to conduct the review
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between internal stakeholders, external consultants, and vendors
- Drive and facilitate the Project team and Technical Support Leaders (TSL) to discover and identify resilience weakness of other Critical IT systems and processes
- Review deliverables suggested by external consultants and provide feedback to ensure critical IT items are dive deep reviewed
- Oversee the development and implementation of the improvement plan based on the review findings. Manage and monitor the change control process for program activities and deliverables in accordance with the defined scopes and timetable from related stakeholders
- Manage the implementation of recommendations, including engaging vendors, conducting testing, and updating operations and maintenance procedures
- Ongoing monitor the programme, support the TSLs to identify and mitigate any issues or risks.Regularly update the programme progress to top management and other stakeholders
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the programme and recommend further improvement areas to take place,if necessary
- Drive the improvement actions projects transition to BAU operations in accordance with the defined timetable without operational risks
- Ensure contingency, disaster recovery plan are well set before transition and comprehensive tests are conducted in accordance with the latest IT architecture, operations and cybersecurity standards and guidelines
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology/Systems or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience of managing IT Strategic Projects, Application, Infrastructure & Architecture
- Solid experience in large-scale, multi-vendors, applications and infrastructure projects, architecture and design, preferably in aviation industry
- Certifications in project management or IT architecture are desirable
- Demonstrated expertise in program/project management methodologies and tools
- Strong understanding of IT architecture, infrastructure resilience, and industry best practices
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Experience coordinating the work of external consulting or service providers
