Manager

Your role

. Plan, manage and control annual financial and budget planning and forecasting, as well as target setting for sales channels

. Monitor and keep track of channel performance and conduct regular review on sales effectiveness and productivity analysis with recommendations for sales improvement

. Lead a team to prepare regular financial, sales activities and segment reports with detailed information for performance management

. Participate in sales commission scheme implementation, effectiveness review and handle related queries

. Work closely with internal parties to review operational efficiency and initiate process improvement and controls

To succeed in this role

. Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines

. A minimum of 4 years relevant working experience Telecommunications industry, preferable in Mobile field

. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese

. Proficient experience in using PC software such as SQL, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word

. General accounting knowledge is essential

. Team player with strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills

. Self-motivated, independent with strong organization and time management skills, able to work under pressure

. Less experienced candidate will be considered as Assistant Manager
