Your day To Day

You will be employed under Philip Morris Taiwan (PMTW). PMTW operates as a subsidiary of Philip Morris International, Inc. In this role, you will develop and implement short to mid-term trade activation strategies within key trade channels. You will collaborate with various teams including Key Accounts, Field Sales Force, Consumer Experience, Marketing and Digital to deploy impactful B2B activation initiatives. This position requires a senior professional capable of leading end-to-end processes from strategy development to deployment optimisation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of trade activation strategies and programs aligned with market's go-to-market objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a team to provide guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Define and develop new trade channel activation platforms (digital and POS) to engage the target B2B audience.
  • Develop the trade activation commercial calendar in line with commercial cycle priorities.
  • Adjust trade activation strategies based on consumer and retail sales data to achieve sales goals.
  • Support the development of trade marketing campaigns, content, and tools in collaboration with Marketing and Digital Teams.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and B2B trade partners to foster positive relationships and identify joint business opportunities.
  • Lead budgets and seek efficiencies in collaboration with Finance and Procurement.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, GCP, and Marketing Code.

Who We're Looking For

  • Shown experience in sales, retail / trade activation or brand marketing in international brand/ FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail trade channels, shopping experiences, and staff operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills to forecast and analyze sales data and staff performance.
  • Effective people leadership skills to guide diverse teams and foster collaboration, with ability to work with different tier of the business partners (internal & external) and across departments.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate ideas and adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Exceptional project management skills to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of retail marketing best practices and industry trends.
