Responsibilities
Team Introduction: ByteDance Developer AI team is committed to exploring the application and implementation of AI technology in the R&D system, covering scenarios including AI for Code and the implementation of AI in the entire DevOps process. Doubao MarsCode, which the team has released, is an intelligent development tool based on the Doubao big model. It provides two usage forms: Cloud IDE and AI programming assistant. It has multiple functions such as code completion, intelligent Q&A, code interpretation and code repair. The native AI capabilities make programming more intelligent and convenient. 1. Develop and implement comprehensive product promotion plans, including product launches and promotions, around Doubao MarsCode and other developer AI products 2. Develop clear and eye-catching product positioning and information delivery strategies to ensure consistency in all marketing channels flexibly respond to the rapidly changing market environment, implement innovative marketing strategies, and effectively use resources to maximize marketing 3. Manage and strengthen the brand image to ensure brand differentiation and recognizability in the market 4. Deeply understand customer needs, market trends and industry patterns, and provide insights and suggestions based on market data 5. Create high-quality marketing content, including data sheets, white papers, case studies and website content, to transform complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand materials 6. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, marketing, business, computer science or related majors are preferred 2. 5 years or more of product marketing experience, including 2 years or more in artificial intelligence or public cloud product marketing, with a deep understanding of artificial intelligence technology, video, machine learning or public cloud platforms 3. Excellent analytical ability to convert data into actionable insights 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to coordinate multi-party cooperation across teams, manage and promote multiple projects at the same time 5. Proficient in marketing automation tools, CRM software and digital marketing platforms 6. Experience in successfully launching products and executing demand generation activities is preferred.
