Job Description

As Marketing Communications Manager, you are the expert for brand building through superior influencer advocacy derived from shopper and channel insights to accelerate the path to purchase. You are responsible for multi-category social strategic planning and execution supported by social/ digital/ media agencies. You will also collaborate with Retail Marketing and Retail Sales Teams to develop the retail channel-driven social plan integrating brand and sales plan to deliver business growth.

Responsibilities

Budget Management

  • Build A&P budget, track and manage A&P spending and expenses.
  • Be responsible for the communications budget planning.

Strategic Planning & Review

  • Develop and implement the long-term and yearly communications strategies across all functions.
  • Review monthly and annual communication plan.
  • Analyze the implementations of all communications strategies and campaign KPIs.
  • Provide Market intelligence information with Retail Marketing Manager.

Digital & Media

  • Annual media planning and strategy development.
  • Supervise media execution and KPI achievement.
  • Collaborate with designated media agencies.

Public Relations & Event

  • Secure a close relationship with key media, KOL, local artist community.
  • Plan strategic PR initiatives.
  • Propose annual event calendar.
  • Supervise pre/post event report and KPI achievement.
  • Support all local/regional/international PR events.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Empower internal team and be a role model based on our values and lead external partners towards reaching Puig's goals and standards.
  • Manage day to day activity, set up define priorities and create synergies.

Requirements and skills

  1. 8+ years of professional communication experience in beauty industry, with at least 2 years in management position.
  2. Fluent in spoken and written English.
  3. Solid experiences in marketing, PR, Communications and local network.
  4. Excellent writing, editing, communications, networking, and relationship building.
  5. Expertise in communications consulting and project management.
  6. High degree of independence and extremely detail-oriented.
