Core Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a strong, innovative and collaborative Marketing Team through coaching, thought leadership and innovation.
- Achieve/exceed both overall consumer sales target and audience sales growth through elevating our Brand among kids, shoppers and adults in Hong Kong & Taiwan by delivering the best-in-class consumer marketing and product commercial growth.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration across functions within BU Hong Kong & Taiwan as a key member of HKTW Leadership Team to co-lead end-to-end business planning and executions.
- Be a role model of how Local-Global collaboration can help BU HKTW to shine and bring us to the next level demonstrating that we can actively use resources globally to our advantage.
- Play a critical role in APAC Marketing Value Chain to build a winning formula for the region and Hong Kong & Taiwan for the future.

The Marketing team in BU HKTW is both the creative and product leader of the BU to everyone in Hong Kong and Taiwan. They inspire our consumers, shoppers, teams and partners about the best of our Brand values, innovation, product features, fun and play. The Marketing team is made up of Brand, Trade, Digital, PR, Planning & Performance colleagues.
The team has an ambition to grow both love of the Brand and building, recruit and retain consumers and shoppers, lead our product/audience GTM plans and deliver exciting, well-loved and innovative activations in Hong Kong & Taiwan!
Do you have what it takes
- 10+ years of experience and strong background on business performance and leadership within marketing functions (preferably in Retail, FMCG or highly competitive industries).
- Experience in leadership, individual development and team performance management coaching and developing team.
- Experience in working internationally or with international companies/brands are highly preferred.
- Commercial savvy and success in product GTM plans, driving brand/product growth through being super passionate and result-oriented to our Brand and products.
- Brings a natural growth mind-set with resilience, self-motivated and highly driven, and have a can-do mentality to inspire your team and the BU.
- A phenomenal storyteller with energy and cultural curiosity to connect our plans and insights of Hong Kong and Taiwan to our global colleagues and partners.
- Strong passion & experience working across functions (sales, marketing, operations, leadership teams, regional functions and global functions).
- Enjoy working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment.
- Curious and passion about growing & learning!
