Job Description

Key Role

  • Lead major category projects
  • Independently develop category / brand strategy and marketing plans
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team
  • Be the project leader and the catalyst for change, ensuring timely and accurate execution

Responsibilities

  • Act as the brand owner to manage the brand operation, full P&L responsibility and ownership. Set and deliver the growth objectives for the assigned brand. Cooperate and lead the growth strategies and business plan across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Lead the development of consumer acquisition together with CRM, Digital, Medical and TM team. To develop and execute with excellence brand marketing plans, 4Ps, communications, media planning and ensure effective execution of the set plan.
  • Develop marketing and brand plan to meet the overall business objectives and share target including acquisition drive, brand communication, media planning, price & promotion planning, NPD development etc. Summarize finding and insights and propose marketing strategy/action.
  • Focus on creating brand values. Initiate market research and data analysis to deliver powerful consumer insights and translate into effective brand communication. Develop acquisition plan that best fits with consumer journey to create the ultimate consumer experience, and execute market research activities to identify consumer and customer insights.
  • Responsible for brand financial performance in terms of sales performance, cost management and profit result.

Qualifications

  • University or above Degree in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
  • Recommended 2 years of experience in marketing preferably with Nutrition and Food Supplement companies. Candidate with more experience will be considered for Assistant Brand Manager.
  • New product development, project management and launch plan execution
  • Develop, present/ align, and execute brand plans including advertising/ communications, media, digital/ social, consumer promotion, trade/ in-store, product/ pricing, etc.
  • Market research exposure on A&U, concept & copy development, brand performance tracking, etc.
  • TVC/ print/ digital creative development & production
  • Media brief development, execution plan and post-track/ optimization
  • Understands P&L and budget management to deliver sales, margin, profit targets
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
