Job Description
About the role
In this internship, you'll dive into the thrilling world of end-to-end marketing! From the initial stages of conducting market research and mining business data to managing and brainstorming innovative ideas, you'll be at the heart of creating and executing impactful marketing campaigns both on-platform and beyond.
But that's not all you'll gain insider knowledge of e-commerce business models and experience the dynamic, fast-paced environment of a startup. This is your chance to learn, grow, and make a real impact!

Responsibilities
- Perform In-depth market research and competitor analysis to understand Carousell TW's growth opportunity among the target audience.
- Plan & executive and optimize mini-campaigns based on the consumer insights obtained from the market research to grow business metrics
- Design, plan and executed In-app marketing calendars to capture business trend
- Monitor key marketing business metrics and consolidate data for reports on regular or project-based marketing performance
- Assist in marketing campaign content ideation and execution
- Report to senior marketing associates, and category marketing manager.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Chinese & English (both spoken and written)
- Pursuing or completing tertiary education courses in Marketing, Communication, or business-related studies is preferred.
- Basic copywriting and graphic production experience.Familiar with digital tools such as Google Suite, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva; video editing apps such as Premiere would be a plus
- Up to date with social media trends & channel management; FB/IG ad management experience a plus
- Able to work as the following timetable is preferred
- full-time (8 hours/day) during winter vacation : need to physically work in Taipei office 3 days/week
- part-time (20 hours/week) once the semester starts
