We are seeking a highly motivated brand and content Marketing Manager for our expanding streaming entertainment product in Taiwan and Hong Kong. The Marketing Manager will identify, develop, and inspire the company brand marketing efforts to be outstanding, forward-thinking, and culturally relevant. In this role, you will lead all facets of marketing strategy from campaign development and end-to-end campaign management of some of the brand's biggest initiatives, such as content marketing campaigns that align with both show-specific branding as well as driving engagement with new and existing fans.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in consumer marketing, the ability to derive creative ideas from data and insights, and experience in building a new brand from scratch. The candidate should excel in utilizing data to drive impactful campaigns and be a collaborative team player who can effectively manage stakeholders both internally and externally. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required, and experience in streaming products is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute the brand and content marketing strategy to bring Max to the audiences in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
- Collaborate with the regional marketing team and agency partners to create and implement effective brand and content marketing campaigns for the launch and ongoing promotion of our product.
- Take ownership of the end-to-end brand management process, leading campaigns independently from start to finish.
- Develop a comprehensive brand strategy and craft campaign brief that align with overarching brand, audience, and channel strategies.
- Align various internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign objectives are met and obtain necessary approvals throughout the campaign timeline.
- Manage/prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, each at different stages of execution and development.
- Work closely with Insights & Research to optimize campaigns based on consumer data and insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment, DTC or consumer marketing company.
- Proven experience in consumer marketing, with a focus on building and managing brands.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Experience with project management, with a proven record to drive strategic frameworks all the way through execution.
- Deep understating of audience behavior and the ability to leverage consumer psychology to drive engagement. Capable of extracting consumer and communication insights from our content.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Fluency in Chinese and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- Experience working in a demanding and competitive environment, with multiple deadlines, objectives and stakeholders.
- A genuine, enthusiastic and passionate fan of entertainment, pop culture, new trends with excitement for our content and product.
