Responsibilities
1. Understand the commercialization system of Bytedance, be familiar with business needs and combine customer logic, business and market insights, and be independently responsible for the resource integration, planning and execution of platform marketing projects 2. Project management experience and ability, responsible for the daily management of the market budget, including budget formulation, project evaluation, execution tracking, project completion review, etc., to ensure the compliance of resource use 3. Have budget management experience, reasonably allocate market budget tracking and obtain effective benefits, be sensitive to budget efficiency and data, and have the ability to independently analyze parameters and dimensions and provide optimization solutions 4. Have data analysis capabilities, analyze/question project/business data, platform data and draw marketing conclusions, make accurate judgments and predictions on industry and market changes, and propose targeted industry operations and brand/effect product upgrade plans at the same time, conduct an effective review of the results after the project is completed 5. Regularly track and deeply review the projects and budgets in charge, actively discover problems, and improve cost efficiency 6. Have BD capabilities for resource expansion, resource integration capabilities and creative capabilities, effectively integrate platforms, brands, media and other multi-terminal resources, and actively and deeply understand the business progress of each project, collaborate with relevant parties, and provide integration capabilities for various resources, budget usage/activity operations have teamwork spirit and cross-departmental communication capabilities, integrate internal and external resources, and maximize marketing effects while ensuring implementation.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in advertising, marketing, etc., those with B-side sales operation/marketing/finance related experience are preferred 2. More than 3 years of business operation experience, with a deep understanding of B-side commercial operation and marketing, and familiar with the planning and implementation workflow of the entire mobile Internet marketing plan 3. Practical and reliable, sensitive to numbers good at quickly promoting projects, excellent communication and writing skills, and clear thinking logic 4. Able to withstand strong work pressure, full of teamwork spirit, good at communication able to accept business trip arrangements according to work needs.
