Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the strategic analysis of the Douyin Life Service Marketing Team, including market analysis: special research on market segments and supplementary perspectives for the business, such as common problems and solutions in life services or similar industries, and overall department-level report production 2. User insight research: locate target users, analyze user-side internal and external behavior preferences, analyze transaction user structure and define a hierarchical grouping framework to provide basic guidance for the overall market strategy 3. Based on category management, improve the product role-positioning-strategy system from a market perspective, and coordinate the formulation of category development strategies and product coordination strategies in the directions of activities/growth/communication/channels 4. Build a marketing calendar promotion mechanism and strategy that matches the overall level of life service business, meet business needs while improving promotion volume and efficiency, and explore promotion efficiency and evaluation logic that adapts to the business 5. Coordinate the formulation of C-end subsidy strategies, optimize subsidy logic and methods, focus on subsidy benefits, connect with event operations, growth and regional teams to integrate best practices, and ultimately ensure subsidy efficiency.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, 5 years or more of working experience in strategy and operation, experience in local life industry and experience in marketing, strategic planning, business analysis or operational analysis is preferred 2. Good structured thinking and expression, data analysis and report writing skills, able to understand and extract key information from complex data, output business strategies, and independently complete analysis reports 3. Good communication, coordination and self-driving skills, willing to take the initiative to solve various problems at work and actively promote projects from planning to implementation 4. Good learning ability and curiosity, passion for participating in business and rapid growth, able to adapt to a faster pace of work.
