Job Description:
What will be your main responsibilities at Mars
1. Responsible for the overall management of the Guangxi and Hainan markets, achieving sales targets and achieving sustainable market growth
2. Responsible for the management of dealers, ensuring that dealers achieve sales and distribution targets
3. Responsible for the management of all channels in the region and achieving annual distribution targets
4. Regularly conduct business reviews and opportunity analysis, track and ensure the execution and implementation of KPIs in the region
5. Integrate various resources (people, TE, M&P, SE, vehicles, etc.) to improve resource utilization efficiency
6. Strictly fulfill the company's compliance requirements, including but not limited to real stores, real visits, real orders, real execution, real expenses, real data

1.Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of FMCG sales experience, MT channel management experience
2.Possess professional dealer management capabilities, strong market judgment and data analysis capabilities
3. Good communication and coordination and team management capabilities, stable performance
4. Excellent communication skills
5.Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, good at working under pressure.
