1. College degree or above
2. Three years or more of relevant sales experience in pet or fast-moving consumer goods industry, and can be based in Yichang, Xiangyang, or Wuhan
3. Experience in retail customer sales management is preferred
4. Excellent negotiation skills and communication and coordination ability
5. Good computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, PPT
What will be your main responsibilities after joining Mars
1. Responsible for the sales of all pet store channels in Hubei Province except Wuhan City, responsible for sales forecasting, budgeting and target achievement, visiting top stores, driving in-store sales - completing sales targets, ensuring that regional goals are consistent with macro business goals, and controlling costs - planning sales budgets and expenses (by customers, products) in the area in charge - formulating customer plans and sales development strategies - exploring and suggesting sales development directions, growth opportunities, ensuring the simultaneous development of quantity and quality - rationally allocating resources (manpower, financial resources, display materials, etc.) to maximize the return on expenditure
2. Planning and control - planning daily and weekly visit routes, ensuring the rationality of the routes, and providing solutions to avoid excessive or insufficient inventory. Ensure that all reports that need to be submitted are timely and accurate.
3. Market management and market development management - Implement brand strategies, achieve common goals of quantity and quality set by the marketing department, and feedback market opportunities and obstacles - Ensure the execution of marketing activities and good monetization of in-store activities - Overall control of the following: in-store visual displays, display materials, ensure that the in-store activities required by the company are carried out in accordance with standards, and provide timely guidance and solutions when problems arise
