1. College degree or above, more than 10 years of sales management experience in FMCG industry, omni-channel business management experience

2. Familiar with FMCG market, good customer development management ability

3. Possess a proactive and good team spirit, excellent policy implementation ability, and good competitive awareness

4. Have effective personnel organization development experience, team management experience, good at change leadership and management

5. Strong stress resistance, decisive, and have a winning and tenacious mentalityHave good communication and expression skills, sales data analysis ability and negotiation skills

What will be your main responsibilities after joining Mars

1.Lead the team to achieve the sales target assigned by the company

2. Responsible for sales management in the region, including the breakdown and follow-up of targets

3. Manage the daily work of the dealers in charge, including the verification and write-off of accounts and expenses

4. Connect with customer groups and promote the execution of activities

5. Lead team members to complete distribution/display

6. Carry out regular business planning and review and follow up on action plan with major dealers

7. Team management, motivate and support the improvement of team willingness and ability, and build a high-execution team
