What will be your main responsibilities after joining Mars
1. Responsible for the sales and personnel management of all channels in Liling, Youxian, Chaling and Yanling areas of Zhuzhou, and lead the team to complete the annual sales target assigned by the company
2. Assist distributors or directly negotiate annual contracts with customers, complete the distribution, display and sales performance required by the company within the cost budget, and execute and achieve the various tasks required by the company. standard
3Regularly visit key distributors and key customers in the region to establish long-term business partnerships, systematically improve the management level of distributors, and optimize work processes
4Optimize local retailer commercial contracts, promote efficient contract execution, and formulate joint business plans
5Lead the front-line support sales team to achieve collective goals and provide on-site coaching to the team to improve performance
6Manage colleagues in the region or channel to fulfill the company's compliance requirements, including but not limited to real stores, real visits, real orders, real execution, real expenses, and real data.
