Responsible for omni-channel sales management in Heihe area

1College degree or above, 3years or more/3-5people or more, sales team management experience in well-known fast-moving consumer goods companies

2Strong market judgment, sales data analysis and negotiation skills

3Good computer skills

Application ability, proficient in Word, Excel, PPT

4familiar with the local major consumer goods retail market, good customer development and management capabilities

5proactivegood teamwork spirit, excellent policy implementation ability, good 6. Positive and proactive, able to quickly integrate into the team, have a clear career plan and a strong desire to improve oneself.

What will be your main responsibilities after joining Mars

1. Lead the team to achieve the sales target assigned by the company

2. Responsible for managing the daily work of dealers and customers, and daily management and communication with dealers

3. Lead team members to complete the distribution

market layout/Display/Price/Inventory, etc., to achieve distribution goals excellent execution of the company's market layout and display, and maintenance of a reasonable company product pricing system

4. Responsible for regular business planning and review with dealers and follow-up of action plan formulation 5. Regularly carry out daily management, training, guidance and follow-up of subordinate employees 6. Cohesion and motivation of team members, create a good team atmosphere and enhance combat effectiveness.

7Colleagues in management regions or channels shall fulfill the company's compliance requirements, including but not limited to real stores, real visits, real orders, real execution, real expenses, and real data
