Key Responsibilities/Job Description1. Responsible for channel and personnel management in the region, leading the team to achieve the annual sales target assigned by the company2. Manage the daily work of the channel dealers and customers, and the daily management and communication of dealers3. Lead team members to achieve market performance goals such as distribution/display/price/inventory, and channel expansion goals4. Conduct regular business plans and reviews and follow up on action plans with major dealers5. Team management, motivate and support the improvement of team willingness and ability, and build a high-execution team6. Manage colleagues in the region or channel to perform company The company's compliance requirements include but are not limited to real stores, real visits, real orders, real execution, real costs, and real data

Qualifications/Job Requirements

1. College degree or above, 3-5 years of sales experience, 1-2 years of team management experience

2. Good communication skills, sales data analysis skills and negotiation skills

3. Good computer skills, proficient in Word, Excel, and PPT

4. Familiar with the local major consumer goods retail market, good customer development management capabilities and customer relationship building

5. Possess a proactive, Good team spirit, excellent policy implementation ability, good sense of competition, and ability to withstand pressure

6. Positive, able to quickly integrate into the team, clear career planning, and strong self-motivation

7. Learning ability, quickly enter the working state
