Joining Mars, what will be your main responsibilities

1.Lead the Weinan team to complete the annual sales target and process indicators assigned by the company
2.Responsible for the omni-channel sales work in the entire Weinan area, including dealer management and team management related work. Complete the service system and quality in the region.
4.Lead team members to complete the market performance goals of distribution/display/price/inventory in Weinan City, channel expansion goals
5.Assist dealers in regular business planning, review and action plans
6.Team management, motivate and support the improvement of team willingness and ability, and build a high-execution team assist subordinates in solving problems and formulating team work and development goals.
