1. More than three years of dealer management and operation experience and team management experience
2. Positive, with strong learning ability, able to quickly integrate into the team
3. Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, good at working under pressure

5. Excellent communication skills, able to adapt to cross-departmental communication and promote efficient collaboration between teams
6. Good computer application skills, proficient in Word, Excel, PPT.


Join Mar , what will be your main responsibilities


1. Responsible for the sales and personnel management of Xingsha area, and lead the team to complete the annual sales target assigned by the company


2. Assist distributors or directly negotiate with customers to complete the annual contract, complete the distribution, display and sales performance required by the company within the cost budget, and implement and achieve the various indicators required by the company
3. Regularly visit key distributors and key customers in the region to establish long-term business partnerships, systematically improve the management level of distributors, and optimize work processes
4. Optimize local retailer commercial contracts, promote efficient contract execution, and develop joint business plans
5. Lead the front-line support sales team to achieve collective goals and provide on-the-spot coaching to the team to improve performance.

6. Manage the region or colleagues to fulfill the company's compliance requirements, including but not limited to

Real stores, real visits, real orders, real execution, real expenses, real data
