Regional Manager will execute defined sales programs to achieve regional sales and financial goals. This position focuses on leadership effective of field sales associates, execution of sales strategy and objectives, and engagement of internal and external stakeholders in the business.

What are we looking for

• 1. College degree or above
  2. More than 10 years of FMCG sales experience and more than 3 years of sales management experience
  3. Professional dealer management capabilities, strong market judgment and data analysis capabilities
  4. Good communication, coordination and team management capabilities, able to effectively coach and motivate subordinates and lead the team to achieve the predetermined performance goals
  5. Strong sense of responsibility and professional ethics, good at working under pressure
  6. Ability and experience to develop markets and build channels.

What will be your key responsibilities

• Colleagues in management areas or channels will fulfill the company's compliance requirements, including but not limited to real stores, real visits, real orders, real execution, real expenses, and real data
• 1. Responsible for the implementation of the company's compliance requirements in northern Henan Province. All business operations and sales teams of the city group
  2. Responsible for sales forecasting in the jurisdiction, formulating sales plans for each period, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets
  3. Tracking and ensuring the execution and implementation of KPIs in the jurisdiction
  4. Pay attention to dealers, weighted wholesalers, and key retail customers, conduct regular business reviews and opportunity analysis, and follow up on the achievement of various process indicators
  5. Clarify the job responsibilities and goals of team members, and conduct regular performance reviews
  6. Integrate various resources (personnel, expenses, vehicles, etc.) to improve resource utilization efficiency.
