Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the team's business data results, including the commercial revenue growth of MCN and talents and the talent monetization rate, extract excellent work methods or experience to empower the industry 2. Lead the team to actively coordinate internal and external efforts to promote the prosperity of the commercial ecology of top and small and medium-sized talents, match the needs of industry customers and explore the diversity of content monetization business models 3. Help sales in the group grow from a business perspective, identify the development stage of the organization and diagnose problems, and help them improve their talent operation ability, commercialization ability and organizational efficiency 4. Do a good job in talent commercial content ecological governance to ensure the healthy development of the talent ecology 5. Cooperate with other commercialization teams to explore product strategies and business strategies for talent advertising.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 5 years of experience in key customer sales, and those with experience in talent marketing, live broadcasting, etc. are preferred 2. Have certain planning and analysis capabilities, be sensitive to market trends and needs, and have excellent interpersonal and business negotiation skills, proposal capabilities and sales skills 3. More than 2 years of management experience, good team management ability, strong understanding and excellent communication and coordination skills, and be able to gather and develop a team 4. Cheerful personality, passionate about sales work, strong execution and self-driving force, dare to face pressure and challenges, can adapt to business trips or frequent visits to customers, and be competent for high-intensity and fast-paced work.
