Job Description

1. Strictly implement various regulatory requirements for emergency maintenance, preventive maintenance, and safe operations
2. Correctly use various tools, measuring tools, safety protection supplies, etc.
3. Cooperate, communicate, and coordinate with production personnel to handle equipment failures, eliminate the causes of failures, do not let go of safety hazards, and correctly fill in maintenance records
4. Work closely with production personnel, conscientiously implement planned maintenance according to the planned maintenance terms, feedback maintenance results, and correctly fill in maintenance records
5. Maintain personal tool carts, maintenance room shelves, cabinets, and spare parts warehouses tidy, and actively participate in 5S activities
6. When there are matters that cannot be handled (failures, extended maintenance time, etc.) or safety hazards are found, they should be reported to the supervisor to obtain support.

Qualifications

• Technical secondary school degree or above, major in electromechanical, welder certificate
• 2 years (automated factory machinery maintenance)
• Studied mechanical drawing, mechanical transmission, mechanical principle, hydraulic and pneumatic and other related mechanical courses and electrical and electronic courses, can do simple mechanical drawing, can do on-site surveying and mapping
• Can read mechanical assembly drawings, parts drawings, hydraulic drawings, pneumatic drawings, and simple electrical drawings
• Can safely use various tools, gauges, and fixtures
• Have relevant experience in 5S, TPM, etc.
