GroupM Philippines Media Masters - Start Date: February 2025

The Media Masters Program is anaccelerated trainee programthat prepares individuals with the knowledge and skills to launch their career in Media Planning, Media Buying, Digital, Trading or Biddable Specialist role at GroupM - the world's largest media company!
This program has been designed to be the foundation that prepares bright individuals for a career in media. By combining industry concepts, on-the-job training, and mentorship from media professionals, you will develop skills in our key practice areas: Media Planning, Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and E-commerce.
We have successfully equipped over 300+ individuals with the skills to be media leaders across the region. Join us as a Media Masters where you can begin a new career path with a team of innovative media professionals with future possibilities to grow with us.

Responsibilities of the role:
  • Develop and execute effective media strategies that support our client's overall marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross functional team, agencies, and partners to optimize campaigns.
  • Work with high-profile local and global brand clients.
Who are we looking for
  • Fresh graduates or final year students graduating in 2024 may apply
  • Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Math, Advertising, Marketing, Communications preferred
  • Early career movers with no more than 2 years of working experience may apply

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiencyin oral and written communications.

Interview process:

First Round: Phone Screening withTalent Acquisition team

Second Round: You will be invited to GroupM offices for 2 rounds of panel Interviews with agency heads & team leaders - December 2024
