1. Responsible for the product and performance risk management of medical and beauty merchants in the Douyin Life Service business line, including category opening, merchant product access, qualification compliance, brand compliance, false POI, category mislisting, price management, store and product information quality management, etc. 2. Based on user insights and data analysis, discover and define key issues affecting the consumer experience of merchants, formulate hierarchical governance strategies for merchants, and coordinate products, models, and audits to promote the implementation of standard disposal plans including penalties, warnings, and education 3. Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of governance strategies, improve the basic capacity building of merchant rewards and punishments, and improve governance strategies to solve business problems.

1. Bachelor degree or above, familiar with the laws and regulations of the medical and aesthetic industry 2. Excellent insight, logical thinking ability and digital sensitivity, pursuit of excellence, and careful work 3. Good communication and coordination skills, sense of responsibility and motivation, strong stress resistance, and certain project management experience 4.
