Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the expansion and launch of merchants in the region, expand new merchants, quickly complete the effective new merchant signing goals issued by Hourly Delivery, and promote the healthy development of customer relations 2. Analyze the regional environment, optimize the regional operation plan, establish a long-term cooperation mechanism with merchants, achieve the best supply in the region, and realize GTV improvement 3. Provide marketing empowerment for merchants, help them operate customer groups and improve service experience analyze merchant operation data, formulate effective operation plans, and improve merchant GTV 4. Work closely with the back-line related business management team to promote the overall results of the hourly delivery business and the implementation of strategies.
Qualifications
1. College degree or above, with a certain amount of local catering/retail chain industry regional chain customers/origin distribution center merchants/brand resources accumulation, more than 1 year of BD work experience in retail/catering/group purchase distribution is preferred 2. Have strong customer maintenance ability, negotiation ability and problem-solving ability, and have short video and live content marketing experience is preferred 3. Good analysis and service capabilities, familiar with the basic logic and methods of merchant operation and category operation, have the ability to independently analyze store problems, and help merchants go online 4. Have strong learning ability and self-demand initiative, quick thinking, able to adapt to and embrace changes.
