Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the development of urban chain customers in the in-store comprehensive industry, integrating platform and merchant resources, serving consumers with content, and achieving industry GMV growth 2. Customize large customer integration management plans, understand the customized needs of large customers and merchants on Douyin, combine closed-loop and open-link product capabilities to output large customer integration management plans, and promote the resolution of customized needs 3. Conduct in-depth insights into the comprehensive in-store industry and subcategories, clarify industry characteristics, and output Douyin business strategies and resource support strategies 4. Be responsible for the planning, promotion and implementation of core business strategies and key projects 5. Run the Douyin business model for advantageous merchants and products: understand the business needs of merchants and user consumption scenarios, and formulate product selection and content operation strategies for different scenarios based on the Douyin content recommendation model, clarify business indicators, and run the Douyin business model 6. Based on external information and internal data, initiate innovative business methods for the comprehensive industry, and verify them in practice.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, two years or more of local life BD work experience, with a certain accumulation of comprehensive industry chain customer resources preferred 2. Have strong customer maintenance ability, negotiation ability and problem solving ability, with short video content marketing experience preferred 3. Familiar with the local life industry, with certain knowledge or experience in store operation and event operation 4. High awareness of the O2O model and a deep understanding of the current O2O products on the market 5. Have strong learning ability, quick thinking, have a strong sense of responsibility, hard work, and strong stress resistance 6. Have strong independent customer relationship building ability, attach importance to teamwork, and can adapt to rapid changes and embrace changes.
