Responsibilities
1. Based on user research and data insights, implement operation-driven product function projects based on business scenarios and product functions, formulate user growth strategies based on business characteristics, and continuously iterate operation strategies driven by data to achieve business growth 2. Dig deep into e-commerce scenarios to explore B-end user financing needs, and expand cooperation through linkage with e-commerce scenario teams, and be responsible for user growth indicators 3. Analyze the conversion efficiency of each link in the product usage chain, analyze the causes of inefficient links, improve the conversion efficiency of each link, product revisits and user stickiness through product operation methods, and continuously optimize the conversion efficiency of merchant access channels 4. Perform user stratification based on business conditions, build a user tag system, continuously monitor the conversion and retention of each user stratification, and formulate operation strategies based on the actual conversion effects of different stratifications.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3 years of experience in mobile Internet operations, experience in user operations and merchant operations in the financial industry is preferred, experience in Internet operations (user growth, channel operations, etc.) is preferred 2. Have a keen business awareness and strong self-driving force, be goal-oriented, have a sense of teamwork, and be able to actively promote the implementation of business cooperation 3. Have a global perspective, be able to independently operate projects, have strong strategic ability and data sensitivity, strong logical thinking ability, and good resource integration ability 4. Have good communication skills, execution and stress resistance, excellent negotiation and communication skills and cross-departmental co-construction capabilities, and be passionate, creative and responsible.
