Merchant Marketing Product Operations Manager - Life Service

1. Responsible for the design and planning of the marketing capabilities of Douyin's life service business, including but not limited to the implementation of related tools and strategic capabilities such as merchant marketing/platform marketing 2. Fully understand the target market and user/merchant characteristics, combine business stages and consumption scenarios, design relevant product forms and promote implementation 3. Based on online data performance and offline feedback, promote continuous iteration of products, and be responsible for the final result indicators 4. Organize R&D, design, operation, business and other teams and resources, establish standardized work processes, improve collaborative efficiency, and promote the achievement of product goals.

1. Bachelor degree or above, 3-5 years of experience in Internet products, with local life service background preferred 2. Clear logical thinking, data sensitivity, excellent product abstraction and generalization ability, and good product rhythm 3. Have a deep understanding of trading platform or marketing product design 4. Self-driven, strong sense of responsibility, self-reflection, and excellent cross-departmental collaboration ability.
